Hiringly Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Hiringly web application available at app.hiringly.ai, operated by SearchTeam One s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 23868945, with its registered office at Pacholíkova 2310/22, Modřany, 143 00 Prague 4 (the “Provider”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Hiringly is a B2B software platform (SaaS) for automating and AI-screening recruitment processes. The Provider grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service within the scope of the selected plan or purchased credits.

• Plans and Credits: Prices for services and credit packages are governed by the current price list published on hiringly.ai and in the app. All prices are stated excluding VAT unless indicated otherwise.
• Credit validity: Purchased one-time credits have no time limit unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Credits are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically until the User cancels them in the account settings before the start of a new billing period.

• The User bears full responsibility for the lawfulness of data uploaded to the Service, including candidates’ consent to processing.
• AI-generated outputs (match scores, summaries and recommendations) are advisory only. The Provider does not guarantee one-hundred-percent accuracy of AI analyses and is not liable for User decisions made on the basis of these outputs.

With regard to the personal data of candidates and applicants that the User processes through the Service, the User is the controller and the Provider is the processor. Their relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (Annex 1), which forms an integral part of these Terms and is concluded together with them. Processing of personal data for which the Provider is the controller is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Provider uses its best efforts to ensure 99.5% availability of the Service. The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by outages of third parties (such as the server provider in the EU or the OpenAI API) or force majeure. The Provider’s total liability for damages is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service during the preceding 3 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms to a reasonable extent; the User will be informed of changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
